We have 5 guys retiring this year, some with 43 years of experience. I made these boards as gifts. They are made out of reclaimed oak from the office that was torn out for a remodel. I inlaid mohogany strips to separate the player holes. The medallion is inset as well (used an inlay router kit). The names and service dates we had laser engraved at a local company.
