OK it’s not really woodworking. But I was uploading the Stickley Side Table I did for Mom (do I sound like Cliff Claven?) and I thought that I would share this too.

This is the house where I grew up in Centerburg , OH. It is a small, all-American town in the heart of Ohio. (Hence the name Centerburg.) My brother and his guys did the roofing, windows, and cement fiber siding. My wife and I built the deck. The deck is a tongue and groove plastic composite and the handrail is vinyl over aluminum extrusion for strength. These are nice products and if you ever do any work on your house I highly recommend them.

The retaining wall was built by another local contractor that we went to school with. The heavy equipment is my brother’s.

I wish I could have gotten my wife to help me when I remodeled our own house.
