A small cross

This small cross is made from a couple of wenge offcuts I had lying around. The halving joints were cut on the bandsaw – they’re a little sketchy, but good enough for a first attempt.

It’s had four coats of shellac sanding sealer and a quick run of beeswax.

Not really trying to make a statement. To be honest I’m not a religious man, I just like making things, and thought it’d make a nice gift for someone :)
