Boot jacks as part of my groomsmen’s gifts. I bought all my groomsmen black cowboy boot to wear in my wedding. So, I made each of them a boot jack to help remove their boots at the end of a long night of drinking. Makes it a lot easier than fumbling around trying to pull a brand new boot off. Not pictured here are the pieces of leather that go on them to protect the boot heel and the 5/8” block on the back to keep the jack off the floor. They were a good excuse to buy a router template set for the lettering.

Now that is what a call a good groomsman’s gift! New boots and a really nice boot jack to go with it! Got room for another groomsman I can never have enough boots :) They are like clamps can’t ever have enough of them…

Well done. I had boot jacks in my booth at the recent fair. It is amazing how many people didn’t know what they were.
Welcome to LJ’s.

Monte – I didn’t know what they were until about a year ago when i was shopping around to figure out what boot to give my guys. but once i saw them i was in love. they are so easy to make and make it so easy to get boots off.
Thanks for the comments.
