That’s an awesome cooler! With my wife being from louisiana, I think I might have to make her one! Great job! I was going to make one with regular mortise and tenon joinery, but honestly, I think pocket screws is a great way on this project. Nice job!

My mom found it for me. It’s a little store right by Quail Springs mall where they let people setup their own booths. Sort of like a small flea market. Sorry, but I don’t know the exact name.

Yeah, I agree!!! It was hard to brand it with the LSU logo, but it’s a gift for my cousin in Baton Rouge, LA.

Ok, I found out. That store is called the “Market Place”, and it’s in the old movie theater just west of Quail Springs mall.

That’s awesome. Love the look.

Is the lid where the cooling comes from? What I mean is, does that plastic insert go in the freezer or do you just fill the basin with ice and let it slowly drain out?
