Five minute kerfmaker - KM2 with a micro adjustment feature

It took me only about 5 minutes to make and it even has a micro adjuster! See my blog the 5 Minute kerfmaker - how does it work for instructions on how to use it.

    Some simple instructions

1 Mark out the cut out area. It doesn’t have to be exact. Just the 1st cut line must be acurate.

2 Position on the sled for the 1st cut. Note the position of the the micro saw blade thickness adjuster screw.

3 Position for the 2nd cut. Take out the spacer and flip the kerfmaker so that the thickness of the saw blade will be compensated for with the micro saw blade thickness adjuster screw.

4. Nibbe out the waste

5 Clean up the saw kerfs with a sharp chissel

6 Perfect fit
