This simple frame is a walnut and teak glue-up. It was the only way to get 50 inches to lay strait! My walnut would make for good boat building HAHA. My girl made the pins to mark where we’ve been. Pretty fun to do!

I used 1/2 blue board, forget the official name, ya know the foam insulation you get at home depot.

Most people that travel think of doing just that but you did it. Great follow thru and you get to travel. Take a picture once a year and date it for your elderly years.

This is a nice frame and a wonderful idea to detail your travel experiences. I am sure that this is a conversation starter when guests arrive.

Thanks for the post and keep working on putting more pins in the map. :)

Just letting everyone know we’re adding pins for Naples, Venice, Rome and Sorrento, Italy to our map. How fun. I’ll let everyone know what cool woods I come across and anyone who already knows what I should be looking for please respond. Thanks.
