Trial assembly. A few more pieces to cut (rear lower panels behind cubby holes,) and probably a tile upper panel, which I am researching today. Wrought iron fleur de lis with a loop will go on the sides. More refinements coming, final shaping sanding, fitting of joints, etc, then catalog and photograph all the pieces, and begin final assembly of components. Feels comfortable when I sit on it. I’ll post more photos and detailed drawings in the coming weeks. Very soon, I will sit on this every day and watch the dogs eat their vittles. Maybe, in the late afternoon, I’ll enjoy a glass of wine on it too. How many hours on my Porter-Cable basic router with el-cheapo (free made from scraps) router table? Definitely my MVP for this project, followed by new ryoba hand saw. Crazy stuff I tell you…

Youve nailed it in one

Looking really great

All the details and your grain choice are wonderful.
