Mallets and Pens

The mallet is Mexican Ebony and a unknown wood that was part of a bed frame. The hammer was made from red oak scraps. The two pens are Cocobolo. I am learning turning one project at a time. These are fun and not too difficult for this beginner.

the mallet came out great! what finish do you have on it?

The finish is sanded to 1000 grit and sprayed with lacquer.

Beautiful mallet and hammer and the pens are great too! Good job.
