So I’ve gotten fairly efficient building end grain cutting boards(with a lot of trial and error), and after a recent trip to Buccee’s (basically a super walmart-esk gas station) as well as not having a clue what to get my brother for graduating from college, I decided to make this Texas Flag Cutting Board. It is made of African Mahogany, Maple, and Walnut. Long story short, lots of cuts, and glue is really alll it took to make this 14” X 21” cutting board. Oh and accepting Murphy’s law that anything that can go wrong, will. The pictures show the finished product, and the pre finished(basically when I finally got the star to fit good), Enjoy and thanks for looking.

That looks great, I’d like something like that hanging on our wall.

Nice looking! Texans are very proud of their state. Your brother will be very proud of this cuttingboard.
