big (2' diameter) bowl

This bowl is basically made from scraps/offcuts. It is mostly pine, separated by strips of red oak and black walnut (in the center).

Now that is a big bowl. It looks quite thin too. Great work.

I like the colors. I’m a laymen in this department so I’ll ask the question – I do you utilize all those different types of wood for the bowl? What’s the process?
