Randall Shepard, Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, recently retired. He was on the bench for 27 years (longer than I’ve been alive), and served 25 of those as Chief Justice. I had the wonderful opportunity of making his retirement present on behalf of the Court – a wooden memory box made from Indiana Walnut and Maple. I presented the box to him at his retirement ceremony. Pictures of the box and event are attached.

That is a great box and the man you gave it to was, unbeknownst to many, the BIG wheel in Indiana!

That is quite an honor you got there. Great job.
