The things I used were White Oak for the wood. And I used Rose Wood for the stain. The design I used or idea was the P-51 Mustang from WWII which by the way was one of the best Fighters of it’s time with six 50-cal. Machine guns three on both wings. But anyway I have Mustang on the sides P-51 on the top and a 50-cal. round on one leg and a bomb on the other leg. But I’m not done glossing it yet.

A fine tribute to a fine plane. One time I was at an air show in California and they did a ‘legacy flight’; it was a FA-18 Hornet flying in tandem with a Mustang. Got choked up a bit when I saw that.

Joe Joe – I really like the Ammo cuts. Once again, I can see that you were not just out to deliver a quick project. I hope yo make lumberjocks your home. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
