My first pen….actually my very first “turned” anything…..Coco Bola on a Satin Slimeline kit. Loved making it and I have two blanks drying as we speak…a crosscut Zebrawood and a Purpleheart, can’t wait to see them done. On a side note I need to get my wife to take pics with her fancy camera, to show of the grain.

Really nice looking pen! You had better watch out though – if you are anything like my partner, you are going to be doing lots of them! :)

Nice job, Matt. I want to write with it. I think a pepper mill would be better. A zebra print pepper mill would be nice too.
