This is a ring “lamination style” I made for my dad, but I didn’t get it done in time. He passed away Wednesday Feb. 15th, He was 79 years old and had a battle with a brain tumor and other sicknesses. He was an avid woodworker. And I had promised to make him a ring. This is the one I got done and I will see that he has been buried with it.This ring is walnut, maple, and purple heart. I wish he could’ve got to see it, he would’ve liked it.I will miss him deeply.

Here’s a Link to a blog about the Lamination Style Wearable Wooden Rings I make!

I am sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I’m sure he would be proud to have shown it off and say “My Son Made This For Me”! Nice job

Very sorry for your loss.

Nice ring. You did a wonderful job. It’s a fitting tribute for your hero.

I encourage you to take a picture of his hand with the ring in place. It will be difficult for you to look at now, but something you will cherish for many years.

My sympathy goes to you and yours.

I’m sure your dad will/would have worn the ring with great pride!

Sorry for your loss and may God bless you and your family members .
I lost my Dad to cancer last March.
He cherished everything that I ever made for him as I am sure that your Dad has.
