very nice coffered ceiling ,it gives a very rich feeling to the whole room,very nice work.

Planning for a similar project… did you just edgeband the vertical pieces with veneer or what? Any tips you can share regarding layout and what you used for nailers?

Brian: The vertical and horizontal pieces are all veneer, you can buy plywood, be it veneer core or ply core at most reputable cabinet supply shops, some lumber yards. It comes all done up for you.
Any exposed edge was trimmed out with solid cherry and by staggering the beams (longest beam being the deepest) next longest not as deep, so on and so forth, you never get that ugly section where they just dont line up right
