I have been building cutting boards for about a year now and here is an assortment of what I have built. I have given most of them to my parents or brother over that time, though 1 or 2 have gone to friends. These aren’t as elaborate as some of the ones that are on this site, but here they are. Woods used includes walnut, purpleheart, cherry, Curupay and maple.

Thanks for looking.

You have some lucky relatives. I hope they cook for you and use the boards! Nice woods, although Curupay is a new one to me.

I really like the look of the two boards in the fifth picture. The third photo reminds me how thirsty a brand new board is for that oil.

Great boards, they’re always fun to make for gifts. Having made over 200 boards I’m always looking for a new combos or pattern’s. Well done on these, don’t sell your self short.
