This was a Christmas present I made for my wife. It is supposed to be a jewelry box, though I am still too new to make trays for it….
The lid is zebra wood and the body was made from some wood sent to me by chrisstef. He was told it was chestnut, though both of us thought it looked a lot like oak. The base is something unidentified that I had in the shop.
I had a lot of fun making this one, and it’s the biggest box I have made yet. On my next one, I would like to try a drawer and maybe a hinged lid, but since I lack experience and I wanted it to look really nice, I just went with what I know for this one.
thanks for checking!

Lookin’ Good Neight, although I would call it a ‘Possibles’ box…. anything that will fit is possible!
