Been off for Christmas and New years and finally have been able to get back in the shop.

Here we have a Bowl with small ledge made of Bubinga. Purchased this particular block from local woodcraft on 15% discount. I think I have 8 dollars in it which was approx 3”x7” block. Nothing special but came out alright. Had some small voids and could not seem to get out. Maybe that is the material. I just left well enough alone. Finished with beeswax then mineral oil.

PS: The stand is from a store where we purchased Coral in the Outter banks. Love that funky stand. Will be using for more photos of my projects. I did not make it; probably made in Thailand or some place.

I like it, the stand works perfectly with it!
