a simple duck house that went a bit posh…
main internal construction is W.B.P ply..all glued and screwed together.the cladding was made from regularized studding timber ..(72mm x 42mm) ..ripped in half to give me a size of 75×18…i made a jig for the thicknesser which had a angled bed..this gave me a nice taper…a rebate was carefully machined with a old wadkin spindle moulder so they cladding would overlap for weathering…windows are covered with perspex and a upper bedding area was also fitted with a gentle sloped ramp….the run was made from the same construction timber …simple lap joints with glue and screws..chicken wire fitted upon delivery to client… PS message from occupants…Quack Quack Quack
