I made this for a friend for Christmas. My daughter bought a pancake compressor for her boyfriend so I decided it would be a fun project to take on for the holidays. It’s pretty much a straight forward design and made of out plywood bought at Home Depot. The only thing kind of unique about it is the edge banding for the Formica top, it was milled out of boards that come out of our old waterbead. The lumber had been sitting around my shop for years and I was searching for a good project to use it on.

The dimensions of the cabinet are 24”X24”, 32” tall. The top has a 1 1/2” overhang. Daughter’s boyfriend hasn’t picked it up yet so I got busy last night and started to put a satin poly finish on it for him.

Looks nice. It might be a good idea to drill a hole on the back panel so that you can run the cord out the back of the cabinet.
Have your say...
