those louvres are outstanding. I’d love to know how you executed them. I’ve made smaller versions (cold air return covers) and it was more labor than love;)

If you go to my facebook page. You can see the louver jig I used. I run the 4/4 stock and after mortising for the slats I run through the table saw to finish thickness to give me a mirrored set.
