 
 Walnut and some kind of import mahogany. Light red in color,fairly dense,darkens w/ age. We had some left over from a set of stairs built in the shop. | |||||||

These are a nice change from the traditional flat wine balancers! Great job. Am I right that you cut the curves rather than steam bending the wood?

Yes, these are radius cut.I copied a design my wife found in a magazine. Always give credit!

Those are much nicer than the flat ones I made. Good work and a nice change.
