 
 Here are some rolling pins, that I just made for the sake of making something. The first two at the top are poplar. The third down is a walnut. Last but not least is a cedar one. They all held their color really well. | |||||||

Looking good. What did you use for a finish? Some sort of wax?

Thank you. All I did with these is rub them down in mineral oil. Afterwards I buff it with brown paper. It gives me that type of look.
