Good job with them. It seems that the manufacturers are only giving themselves a bad name by overcharging for items such as this. Actually I can’t see why anyone would not build their own anyways. That’s one of the things I like most about having a shop. I don’t have to rely on a store to come up with whatever I want or need. I am only limited by my own imagination.
Build more tools, you’ll be glad for it.

ScoFF, I would take the time to sand a round-over on the corners and top of your thin tensioners, as they are they might tear the top of your workbench if its made of plywood or damage the dog itself when removed. Nice work on the pieces, Pat

I agree as well. Nice work and a good way to save the cash, we shouldn’t have to give it away.

The metal ones from LN are $70. The price for the wooden ones seems steep.
