I was asked to design and build a coat rack around 50 Cal and 7.62 spent brass casings as the hooks. It was built for a shipmate that is transferring. It’s made from white oak and I inlayed a little wenge. Holes were drilled so the challenge coins would sit flush. The bullet holes are drilled at 20 degree and gorilla glue was used to hold them in place.
