This is a fence that me and my son Cory built for a local contractor. It is built of pressure treated 4×4 posts with copper tops. The rails are 2×4 and the pickets are made of 1×6 ripped in half. The tops are cut at a45 degree just taking off about 3/4 of an inch.Every other pickets has a square cut on the top lining up with the top rail. The people were real satisfied with the fence and i liked the way it turned out.The fence is approximately 43 inches at it tallest point.

I LIKE—I LIKE.. I NEED.. I WANT….. Funny that you built it for a local contractor… I guess the cobbler’s child has no shoes applies. :)

Wow, nicely done. Seems at least one person out there has not been hit too hard by this ecconomy. Makes me wonder what the contractor’s markup was?

Thanks everyone for the nice things that you said.I really enjoyed building this one.Had some great people to work for that appreciated quality work.It is a rare thing to find someone that really wants a quility fence most people just want a fence thrown up as cheap as possible.
