I just finished this little table last weekend. This might be the best find in lumber i have ever made i got the 8/4 for the legs at a yard sale it was 10” wide and 14’ long for a mere 20 bucks. This is my first attempt at blind dovetails and i guess i got lucky for the first attempt was the final result. The finish is Watco Danish Oil with 3 coats of Watco satin wax and finished with about 4 coats of Briwax and alot of elbow grease. My grand daughter to be (my little shop helper woodworker to be) decided tht she wanted to help me wax, and after about 10 minutes she decided she liked wax on rather than wax off. Any way i hope you like this project.

And what a find it was!
Goes to show you never know what can be found at a yard sale.
Very classy.

Elegant table! Looks great in walnut. How long after you built it did it take your wife to ask for a matching table for the other side of the sofa?

You made a classy table.
Having a little helper makes it even better.
