I am way behind on posting anything. I have promised myself that I would post some of the things I have been doing since my last posting of my grandson’s crib. My grandson outgrew his crib that I made him so I thought I would strart with the train bed that I made for him. He loves Thomas the Train so after viewing some photos, this is what I came up with. The light works and I installed speakers and a sound system that plays actual train sounds both diesel and steam. He loves the sounds but I think his mom and dad will get tired of it after a while. Payback is awesome! More postings to come.

Wow, that’s awesome! My son would love that bed…wish I had time for something like that. Great job and thanks for sharing.

This is so cool! We know who is the greatest Granpa in the world to that little boy! I could only imagine the smile on his face. Great work.

Very nice! This is the exact type of bed my wife and I have talked about for our daughter. Any chance that you would share the plans or issues you may have run into for the build?
