Not the prettiest and it is a bit too heavy for its purpose but it is made from a packaging crate and it works.
Just pine which when sanded was different colours so I used a tinted polyeurathane coating – 2 coats.

Nice project : )
I also like to recycle from pallets , etc.
Seeing that you tinted the Poly , is there a reason that you didn’t match it to your piano ?

Yes Dusty it would have been nice if it had matched the piano. It did not occur to me how bad it looked untill you highlighted it – thanks. But the can of poly happened to be what I had already and I did not want to spend any more money. Next time…........

Hello , I did not mean to imply that it looked bad , I was just asking about the tinted poly….I have several projects that are natural in color and don’t match anything else around them : )

Nice looking seat. Nothing like free timber.
