Highchair Tray

I made this tray out of a piece of scrap wood. I bought the highchair at a yard sale without a tray. I wish I had known there were special bits for this type of job at the time I used a router with a straight bit and a chisel to hogout the tray. I had no idea how I was going to attach tray to the chair. I ended up using some stiff cabinet hinges and a anti tip bracket from a stove. It has worked very well so far.

Whatever works for getting it attached. Nice looking tray though and so much better than an old metal or plastic one.
