Here is my first project that I have made since woodworking has became a hobby of mine. It is basically a board which is used to track good behavior. The black areas are actually recessed grooves (PIA with chisel, can’t wait to get a router) Sadly I didn’t make the lettering and yes I’ll need to touch up the black smudge on the star. I live in an apartment so my workbench consisted of a 1×6 (top of fence) and cement stairs. Only power tools used were jig saw and hand held drill. I apologize for phone camera picture quality.

Hard to see, but great idea for the kids and for a first project. Thanks for posting..

I bet the kids really like it.
I may need to make one for my grandkids.

Hey Hodge:

I like them…. so I took a crack at Clearing them up for you as best I could. AND!! It’s for the Kids!!

Nice First Project. You can “Left Click” on them, choose “Save Picture As” and put them wherever you want.

Cheers: Rick

Thanks a lot Rick. Much appreciated! Due to the high gloss I had some issues with using the flash.

Have your say...
