Water pitcher shelf

LW asked me a while back to put together a platform to use for filling pitchers, containers, etc. under the water filters.

It’s pretty weather today, and I promised her I was going to build SOMETHING, so I put this together from white pine scrap lying about.

Sat down and drew it up in sketchup (a handy tool for planning out new designs), and then took the measurements and all, cut the wood, ran through 3/4” round bit, and assembled.

While I plan to finish this to match the wood piece it’s attached to, this set of pictures gives good contrast for the details.

The platform is 6” x 7”, and the support piece is 7” as well.

Came out looking just like I wanted it to, and LW is very happy. So am I.

As always, comments and suggestions are welcomed.

A handy little contraption!
