this week, we finished a big project we have been working on for a while … i see i posted some pictures of it here as we were completing it, and that was 55 days ago. wow, i knew we all felt we had been walking around it for a loooong time, but i didn’t realize it was that long … time flies … there were construction site and finish approval delays, and the finish and installation took a week plus, but we are on to other projects now … there are several posts about this piece and a discussion of the finish, assembly and column turning processes on my dorset custom furniture blog ... 3 links at the bottom of that post …. all for now … dan

That’s not an island, it’s a continent! Beautiful!

Ah that finished up so nice. Nice match on the stain. What brand do you use?

Wow… did you make the 51st state or what, there. That monster has more square footage than my kitchen! :) Lovely job, looks astounding! :)
