So after completing my first project of the work bench I decided i wanted to build a chair. After searching the interwebz for ideas I decided on the popular adirondack chair. This design is from the Lowes Creative Ideas website.

On a side note- this happened to be my gift to my wife for Valentines day!

Here are some more photos of the chair. I couldn’t get them to up load properly.

The chair/Throne!

It is my first one, but I have to build a second one so we can enjoy them together.

Thanks man!

I just checked out your chair and it is quite nice!

How far down did you measure to get the rounded back slats?

looks good I know she will like them! I built a couple of these chairs last summer for my girl friends parents and while I was loading them up in my truck someone pulled up and offered me double what I was taking for them. Its amazing how much people love these chairs, which of course they are very comfortable!
