I have had a black Oak pin burl in my yard for months and I just didn’t think there was anything that would turn my eye… boy was I wrong.

It yielded about 200 bf of this beautiful stuff. I have Guitar billets, Platter blanks, bowl blanks, duck tube call banks and lots of other blanks out of this. Yahoo! I came up with 5 Guitar billets. Tomorrow I will be cutting more. This is fun!

I will be finished with my project tomorrow but you need to start yours! lol!

I hate you! After seeing this, I had to replace my keyboard because of drool damage!

Beautiful wood, guy.

OMG – awesome. That is going to make some very fine Guitar billets and whatever else you want to make.

Wait a minute. I think that came from my tree.

I’ll be waiting for delivery.
