machinchi vase..ringer master made..totally insane grain pattern

this is an incredible machinchi (sp) vase. ring master done…13 rings here and I choose this board because of the sap..I started with the sap all on one side with a pattern and then decideded to turn every other ring and got this pattern …WOW…appreciate all of you comments…this is KIND OF OUT THERE…

I like it. Like the ringmaster too. Don’t get a chance to use it much. Maybe I’ll get it out.

You are right, it looks out there…LOL Nice job! I’ve not done any turning in years, but am considering it. What is a Ring Master?

Love the vase and the wood grain. I also love my ringmaster which I got 3 months ago for making a lot of christmas gifts.

I am interested in other vases or bowls you make, so keep us posted and once again nice vase.

Yep, leaving the sap on one side would have been overwhelming. This looks pretty neat.

I was thinking the same thing as Childress! It’s really stunning and has a very pleasing overall shape.
