I saw a clock something like this on Klockit.com called “Time for Faith” and I wanted to make one. The only differenance is Mine has pointed corners in the middle where the Klockit one has curved in corners. But I used poplar and the minwax polyshades Antique Walnut gloss finish. I routered the back where the clock goes so I could fit a clock movement that I already had. It only sticks out about 1/8”. I really like how it turned out. I want to try one in oak next. Sorry I’m really bad about during pictures. I will try to take more in the future.

Very nice…I see you’re a Cabot fella. I grew up about 15 minutes away in Beebe. Home of the Badgers and dead birds :)

Have your say...
