Your table came out great. There's more details in it than most Taboret tables.

The through tenons and the draw pegs were a nice touch.

Very nice work. Another project on my to-do list. Did you use a pre-made plan or draw up your own?

EarlS, I seldom work from plans but love the challenge of replicating something by figuring out how it might have been made and sometimes intentionally coming up with a different way. However, in researching the specs, I came accross John Nixon's drawings in the link below. Full disclosure: Since the dovetail joint was totally hidden, I opted for a concealed pocket hole to attach the upper stringers to the legs. This project really made me appreciate the strength and utility of the half lap joint.

Very nice. I agree there is a lot of skills tested to build this table. I used FWW plan.
