I made this cutting board for a coworker as house warming gift. It is made of cherry, beech, maple & walnut. It is 14.5×14” x 1.9” it has silicone anti slip feet and tapered and edges all around with a 3/4” round over with a salad bowl finish… I know the comments it isn’t mineral oil & beeswax!! ....but I like and use this finish as a durable and safe finish. I’ve used it for years without issue. Regardess…I found the contrasting shades in the cherry to almost appear to be different woods. I also have a great appreciation for the warmth of beech on two of the rings..

That is one nice board, with a great pattern in the choice of woods used. Well done.

I like it very much. It reminds me of a game board. Nice job.

Beautiful board and the salad bowl finishes that I have used are different combinations of mineral oil and wax.
