I have quite a bit of sycamore so I have to make good use of it. 13 1/2” diameter, segmented sycamore. Colored with India ink markers.

Now, that’s one interesting platter. My guess is that it took as long to produce the pattern as it did to make the platter :-) This is a fine piece of craftsmanship.

Julian’s work is rather predictable. All of it should be in a museum. Love that pattern, but I can’t imagine coloring all of those squares.
