Here are 3 clocks I made this past weekend.
Two are sapele and the center one is cherry.
The side strips are wenge.
All are 10” tall x 8” wide and 4-1/2” deep with a hinged top for storage
I sprayed 7 coats of lacquer for the finish.
Felt like an assembly line…at times…

those are neat – hinged top ? storage ? They look big enough to store (hide) something that goes boom kinda like my tissue box

Nice work. Interesting design.

I tool the liberty of brightening the image so I could see them better.

Thanks… It helps to keep a good balance by doing pieces that can be completed quickly. (Keeps the selling prices down also)..

This was a fast photo taken in my shop with my telephone camera. The curved glass on the clocks reflect glare from just about every angle imaginable.

Yep – Kimber, caught my wife in a weak moment and she bought a laser for it
Yeah, I know a couple deputy’s that actually put a Glock in theirs

You did an excellent job on these clocks!
From the appearance, I assume you used the same movement and bezels on all three.

While you were making these weren’t you afraid of all the ”ticks” you released?
