Nice job, your dovetails look very clean. Are you a tails first or pins first guy? Would love to hear your process.

(Here we go… I hope I don’t start my first LJ’s argument) I am decidedly a “tails first” guy! I can’t understand the logic of standing / balancing a board on its end to transfer the pins to the tails… to me, that is like standing on your head… never done it that way. Besides, with that setup, knifing a line is harder (IMO). I “split the pencil lines” when I saw. Goes together reasonably well (most of the time anyway).
