this is my latest project build especially for an exhibition “fine woodworking” in Tel Aviv Israel
the idea is to put the telephone pocket on the fitting hole on the chest and its multiple the sound of it
the gramophone made of American and African walnut by segments . its combine most of my working methods of this technic . its cover with Denish oil (first time for me , usually i uses Acrylic varnis)
i will upload the process soon

OH MY GOSH what a beautiful example of fine craftsmanship. Even the splayed legs have their own character

beautiful woodwork.thats a lot of angles to cut.

Woah, that’s a boat load of segments and miter joints. That is quite impressive! I would love to see more.

I’m really, really impressed…both with the design and the execution. Beautiful!
So, you nailed the “form”…I’d love to know how well it functions as a passive amplifier. Given the louder output of a cell phone as opposed to a victrola needle, I’ll bet you can get pretty reasonable volume.
