Some fun and quick project/order – 200 pieces of cards holders, made of oak, 75×40x20mm. They were cut of old parquet slats. I made 5 degree angled groove on those slats, on tablesaw in several passes – 14×10mm, before cutting to final lenght. Also, before cutting, I rounded edges on routertable and after cutting, sanded short sizes on disc sander. No finish.
On second photo is example of my business holders.

Perfect holder for the cards. Seems like you have a lot of numbers in your phone number.

DoubleDD….actualy purpose of those was something different, to hold some different type of cards…but this was the easiest way to describe the product.

Nicely done and simple. Seems like a dado blade set would have been easier to cut the slot.

You must have been working overtime maj...

However, there has to be a “however”... i

its one holder for 100 business cards… not the other way around. At least they look pocket sized.

Ivan, when I first glance at your projects they appear simple. (Even I can make ONE! LOL) Until you mention the quantity!

It takes a real pro to turn out something that simple and clean in bulk. You effectively have to build and tear down a production line for every new project I see you make.

I love your work – esp the miniature park bench and bicycle. Keep posting.

You and LBD both seem to do bulk “smalls”. I love it.
