My daughter is redecorating her home and asked me for a piece of wood “mountain art” here’s my interpretation of what that is.

Chestnut, cedar from their property, Spalted maple and wavy(?) maple
Mounted on a piece of 3/16 ply. Spalted maple frame.

Nicely done, and looks really good. Bet your daughter will love it and it sounds like it will fit right in with her decor.
