Beech, 50×25x3.8 cm, cuttingboards for one monestary. Cut from large finished industrial glued board. I cut grooves on router table with stopblocks. Text at the back was laser engraved. Holes are to put a piece of rope and hang on a wall. Finish wood oil.

Cool maj... did I detect finger joints?

Do those poor priests have to supply their own rope? I’m guessing they don’t use leather (belts), so their pants might fall down.

I would have used a router bit…

Looks nice, but I would be careful with industrial glued boards. It make it super easy to cut small boards to size quickly, but often those slabs are glued up with adhesives that aren’t necessarily good safe and contain nasty stuff like formaldehyde.

Thanks AM420 for that warning…although, I saw lot of such boards in stores made of same material….who would know…
