I have always been intrigued by Linenfold carving . With a bit of help from a couple of articles in FWW especially one by Graham Blackburn I decided that I would make an oak drawer chest to hold my table-top jointer and use the drawers to house a Stanley 55 and accessories that was given to me by my favorite uncle. The rolling base makes it easy to pull the jointer over to a cluttered workspace and close to a vacuum port . The linenfold might seem a bit over-kill for a shop cabinet but my kids are into mid-century modern press board furniture so , at my age , I might not get a chance to try a project using linenfold so, why not? Once this project was finished I thought I should make a companion piece to hold my Ridgid sanding unit and my sharpening equipment . That piece will be my next posting and will be called Parchment Fold cabinet..

Thanks swirt and Recycle 93 for the favorable comments. Thanks too Dick for re-orienting the picture.
