Please forgive the poor quality photos, it was the best I could do that day.

The cabinet is made from Curly Walnut and has a Wenge door. The door catch, strike plate and button are made from Ebony. The righthand side of the cabinet has a finger recess carve to allow easy opening of the door. I wanted the lines to stay clean so I opted for the carved recess vs a pull.

:) Wonder where the inspiration came from, coopered door and me might think Krenov? Hinges and door catch remind me of Wabi Sabi and Inside Passage? Nice Work!

It looks pretty good. Only the Whisky is musing.

I like that a lot, from the bookmatch to the Wenge door. Simple, well designed and executed.

I have to agree with eric, the whisky is missing LOL.

Fine lines… clean… good choice of grain patterns, etc…

You must be a student of the Krenov style…

Well done!

P.S. The back competes most favorably for looks with the front! Hope you fill it with fine spirits…
