Round box made from cherry and pyrography. About 6”dia. x 3 1/2” tall. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but my wife claimed it. I’ll have to make another.

Looks very nice, think about what you may want to change in the new one

Beautifully done. I bet you hide the next one until Christmas.

But if the wife put a claim on it, that is a wonderful thing.

That’s purdy! I was really hoping for pyrography instead of segmentation…

Very pretty, Julian! Great work, and no surprise your wife decided she needed it.

A really nice segment box, with a winner shape, and covered with some really catchy ornamentation. What tool did you use on the texture?

I used a pyrography pen (wood burning).

Nothing better than when someone is exposed to beautiful work on a daily basis sees a project and claims it. That piece is so attractive. The pyrography is so well done it looks like it was done by a machine.
